For curious beginners- we are offering some 101 Classes in March!Each 60-minute session will give an overview of the featured class (either barre, yoga or strength) that we offer at the studio. We'll breakdown some of the basic moves to allow you to go slow, ask questions, and be able to experience the class and what it's like.
This can be a really nice way to lessen any fears or intimidation of walking into a studio to take a class that you have never tried before. Let us walk you through it! :)
March 11th is Strength Class:
Strength class is 45 minutes of resistance training through a mix of dumbbells ranging from 5 to 25 pounds and your body weight. Each class will focus on a few select muscle groups (shoulders and arms, legs and core, chest and back).
All levels are welcome to join! We will help adjust/explain form so that everyone in the room feels successful and safe.
This is a small group class- advanced registration required.
What to bring: yoga mat, towel, water bottle, and a clean pair of shoes (indoor shoes only, no street shoes allowed).
