Most people think their body is “tight muscles.”
But a huge part of chronic tightness, poor posture, stiffness, and recurring pain patterns actually comes from the fascia — the connective tissue web that surrounds and shapes your entire body.

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use simple tools you already have access to — foam rollers, lacrosse balls, tennis balls in a sock, and rolled yoga mats — to start changing the body at the fascial level.

This is not aggressive foam rolling.
And it’s not another stretching class.

You’ll learn how slow, sustained pressure helps hydrate and release fascial restrictions that stretching alone cannot change.

We’ll cover:
• Why stretching often fails to create lasting results
• How fascia influences posture and chronic tension patterns

• How to safely apply pressure without creating more tension
