Strength & Style: Smarter Workouts & Hair Care for Busy Women

Strength & Style is a hands-on workshop designed to help women get the biggest return on their time - both in the gym and after it.

Led by Physical Therapist Tara Loveland of Revitalize Athletics Physical Therapy and Hair Stylist Sara Geist of Growth & Grit Salon, this workshop combines efficient strength training education with practical post-workout hair care strategies you can use immediately.

You’ll learn why strength training is the most effective use of your fitness time, how to approach key movements safely and confidently, and what “training to fatigue” actually looks and feels like. You’ll then put it into practice with a guided, beginner-friendly strength workout.

The second half of the workshop focuses on managing sweaty, post-workout hair and acquiring practical strategies for how to reduce your washing frequency. Sara will select one participant to demonstrate these strategies in real-time, so you can see these skills being put into action.

No prior strength training experience is required. All movements will be taught with modifications and safety guidelines.
