Hosted by Fort Lauderdale's local gym Symmetry Fitness & Performance. Event will include a total body workout followed by yoga flow and guided breathe work. Meet our in house Chiropractor and Physical Therapist and get a complimentary assessment as well as our local vendors for healthy treats and goodies. Join us for good vibes to start your weekend right! You may bring your own yoga mat, towel and water. Water bottles will be provided as well. Limited spots available.
