✨ Strength & Stillness - Women’s Health Workshop ✨
Join me on Saturday 1st November, 2pm–4pm for a workshop that blends strength, movement and guided rest, designed to support whole body health and wellbeing.
With my favourite combination of Pilates and Yoga, we’ll work on strength, flexibility and balance for the body and mind:
Includes:
💪 A strength-building Pilates class.
🧘‍♀️ A Yoga sequence to deepen flexibility, mobility and body awareness.
😴 Ending with an extended, guided rest to consolidate all that nourishing movement in the body.
Together, we’ll move with strength, rest with intention, and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and reconnected.
