Each Strength & Scripture class is split into two sessions:
Kids’ Session (Ages 6–12) – 10:00am–11:00am
🥋 30 minutes of fun, high-energy martial arts & conditioning
📖 30 minutes of Bible study and discussion designed for kids
Adults’ Session (Ages 13+) – 11:00am–12:00pm
🏋️ 30 minutes of strength & conditioning workout
📖 30 minutes of Scripture study and practical application
