Designed to help you build strength from the inside out, these small group sessions combine intentional movement, proper alignment, and functional strength training in a supportive and welcoming environment.
Using weights, resistance equipment, and bodyweight exercises, Tara will guide you through a full-body workout that focuses on stability, posture, mobility, and strength. Each session is thoughtfully designed to help you feel more connected to your body while building confidence.
