The sports coaches come equipped with lots of sports equipment, so you have a choice of sports and games on the night. These will include tennis, basketball, rounders, netball, cricket and much more.
The Thursday session which will remain at Lifestyle Fitness will continue to be a football only session at the request of the children who attend.
Physical activity benefits our physical health as well as our mental health and it increases our opportunities to socialise at the same time as learning new skills.
Working in partnership with Macclesfield Community Sports Trust , all coaches are qualified and professional and provide support and encouragement for the children taking part.
There is no need to book, just turn up, wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring a drink.
