This is a co-ed, interactive class on self defense and situational awareness for veterans and their familiesAbout this Event
In collaboration with the Plainfield Police Department, veterans and their families are invited to participate in discussions and interactive roleplay while learning about situational awareness from our local officers and detectives certified as Tactical Defense Instructors.
Attire: fitted workout clothing, optional mouthguard
