The YWCA of Hamilton has joined with Sarah from Mind Set Self Defence (formerly known as SAFE) to host another awesome Street Smart Self Defence workshop. (Check out MindSet's website for testimonials and more details!)This workshop will start at 7:30pm and it will run for two hour with drinks and snacks provided - ending at 9:30PM. (Please note this workshop is only appropriate for girls 13 years and older as topics that are discussed in the workshop may be upsetting.) This event will be held in the YWCA Gym Hall.
