Following disgraceful revelations about César Chávez, WSCO has received clear and consistent input that our West Side community should be actively engaged throughout a street renaming process.
That's why this July, WSCO is holding community sessions to hear directly from the people who walk Cesar Chavez St., work on it, grew up on it, and call it home. Your idea could end up on that street sign!
Join us on any of the following dates:
Tuesday, July 16 | 6–8 PM
Saturday, July 25 | 10 AM–12 PM
Tuesday, July 28 | 6–8 PM
Can’t make any of these dates? A community survey will open July 16–28 so you share your thoughts virtually!
