Minden csütörtökön egy darab Mexikó költözik az udvarunkba: színes zászlók, utcai jeleneteket idéző dekorációk, autentikus kiszolgálás és egy pavilon, ami inkább emlékeztet egy forgalmas mexikóvárosi utcasarokra, mint egy hagyományos éttermi állomásra.
Az esték középpontjában négy klasszikus utcai fogás áll majd, olyan receptek és technológiák mentén elkészítve, amik nem modernizálni vagy finomkodni szeretnének, hanem megmutatni, milyen is valójában a street food gasztronómia. Karakteres, őszinte, hangos és kicsit rendetlen.
Ez egy rövid kitérő egy másik kontinensre, ahol a vacsora gyakran egy pultnál kezdődik és hajnalig tartó történetekkel folytatódik.

Mexico City is one of them. 🇲🇽
When evening falls, the sidewalks fill with smoke, music, laughter, and aromas that are impossible to ignore. Street food stalls line the corners, cooks move with practiced confidence, and guests stand by the counter with paper plates in hand, knowing that some of the best things in life rarely happen at a table dressed in white linen.
Every Thursday, a piece of Mexico moves into our courtyard: colorful flags, décor inspired by lively street scenes, authentic service, and a pavilion that feels more like a bustling corner of Mexico City than a traditional restaurant station.
At the heart of these evenings are four classic street food dishes, prepared using recipes and techniques that aren’t trying to modernize or refine anything, but rather to showcase what Mexican street food is truly about. Bold, honest, vibrant, and just a little bit chaotic.
It’s a brief detour to another continent, where dinner often starts at a counter and continues with stories that last long into the night.
