Street Food Friday: Fire & Dough

Kick off your weekend the right way at GCT, with great food from our favourite street food vendors, good music, and drinks from our bar! Once a month local traders will pitch up outside GCT to serve up an absolute treat of a tea - no need to pre book or buy a ticket, just pop down and enjoy.
In July, Fire & Dough will be joining us with their award-winning, wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas - voted the North East’s best mobile pizzeria two years running!
