Guard Up & Be Your Own First Line Of Defense!! Join us for a night of proactive, personal protection, specially designed for women.
This one night intro class is open to all female students, ages 16 and above.
Each participant will learn physical and psychological aspects of self-defense.
No Experience Necessary.
Pre Registration Is Mandatory By July 17th at 12pm
