You will end at the Streator Elks Lodge
202 N. Park Street
Shotgun start at 11:00 A.M.
The registration fee for a 4-person team will be $80 & includes t-shirts and a meal at the end of play to be held at the Elks Lodge.
Registration forms can be found at any of the participating clubs/bars.
The Streator Elks Lodge will need to receive the completed team registration forms by Feb. 24th, 2025 in order to guarantee t-shirts for each player. Later entries are allowed but will not be guaranteed a t-shirt.
