Stream of Consciousness Women's Circle

Expect to leave this circle feeling connected, grounded, and heard. Audrey and Jamie will set the container, offer gentle guided meditation, breathwork, and other techniques to ground, and set the stage for time for all to share.

Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a journal and your favorite non-alcoholic beverage. Bring your favorite blanket or meditation cushion.
