What is better than our regularly scheduled Saturday Group Run? Adding more friends to the mix! This week we are sharing the Trail with our friends from Still I Run.Join us this Saturday as we enjoy some easy miles and great conversation. Every pace and all faces are welcome to join us! Walk, jog or run; and hit the reset button with us.
Remember, we are meeting at the Trail Head across from the Kennedy Valve Truck Entrance on Water Street.
