A deep dose of rest, relaxation and reflection through sound immersion with gong, handpan, singing bowls, chimes, drums and more! Enjoy 60 minutes of sound and vibration then 15 minutes of stillness, integration and openness to share about your experience if called. Release the first solar half of the year in this auspicious timing of the Full Moon on June 1st!
BYO yoga mat, comforts (pillows, blankets, bolsters, eye pillow) and perhaps a journal to reflect after the sound immersion.
Please give yourself enough time to arrive and situated. We will begin promptly at 6pm.
