Under the glow of the Strawberry Moon, we gather in community to move, feel, and reset — honoring the fullness of the season and all that’s ready to be expressed and let go.

We’ll begin with opening Tea Circle, introductions and intention setting, we will walk together to High Park for Guided Somatic Dance, gently awakening the body, releasing stored tension, and reconnecting to breath and sensation. From there, transition into our contrast therapy experience — cycling between heat and cold to ground the nervous system, boost circulation, and leave you feeling clear, calm, and deeply restored.

About your Guide Julia Juhas:

Julia Juhas is a performing artist, embodied movement coach, and certified yoga teacher with over 30 years of experience. As the founder of Live With Ease: The Juhas Approach, she blends artistry with somatic practice to guide others toward more easeful, sustainable movement.

After overcoming a career-threatening injury and chronic condition, Julia transformed her relationship with her body through mindful, nervous-system-based movement. Today, she leads others through slow, intentional practices that release tension, build resilience, and reconnect them to their bodies.

Her work is rooted in a simple belief: movement is medicine, and every body deserves to live with ease.
