You will be lead through a soulful yoga practice, guided by the radiant Rosa Grace, nestled amidst the serene shores of Old Salt Park Beach. During this magical gathering, we'll weave together the healing vibrations of yoga and sound, harmonizing body, mind, and spirit in the gentle embrace of the moonlit waves. As the Strawberry Moon graces the sky, illuminating the night with its ethereal glow, we come together to honor its essence as the fruit moon. This sacred lunar phase invites us to bask in the radiant energies of love, harmony, and growth, embracing the blooming beauty within and around us.
To honor this celestial celebration, we'll also enjoy refreshing strawberry iced tea, embracing the vibrant flavors and energies of nature. As the evening unfolds, immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, allowing the harmonious vibrations to wash over you, restoring balance and peace to your being.
