Together, we will slow down, connect, create, and celebrate through cacao, music, intuition, and community.

Bring a drum, guitar, flute, rattle, singing bowl, or simply your voice. Together we’ll create spontaneous music and use its energy in a powerful manifestation ritual.
🤍 Gift Sharing Circle
Everyone is welcome to share their gifts, talents, wisdom, music, poetry, or healing presence with the group.
🤍 Guided Channeling
If messages come through, Sheila will channel guidance from spirit guides and higher wisdom for participants.
🤍 Somatic Healing Support
Mini Somatic Healing sessions will be available throughout the gathering if needed.
