The Strawberry Festival is our annual celebration of spring and all things strawberry organized by the Wartrace Chamber of Commerce. Set in Historic Downtown Wartrace, we host a variety of vendors selling their arts & crafts, baked goods, decor, boutique clothing, pottery, canned goods, handmade items, direct sales products and each booth will have something strawberry-themed. There will be a Kids' Zone, food trucks, frozen treats, and we will have fresh strawberries for sale by local farmers from the surrounding areas (while they last). Wear a strawberry costume to join the Strawberry Parade and be sure to enter the Strawberry Bake-Off Contest or fruit Jam or Jelly Contest for the chance to win a prize! Performers to be announced. Location: Main Street, Historic Square in Downtown Wartrace
Date/Time: May 14th, 2022 - 9:00am-5:00pm
This event is free and will be outdoors on the square in Downtown Wartrace just 30 minutes south of Murfreesboro. There are also several adorable shops, a deli sandwich shop, and a pizzeria all on the square. Family-friendly and pets welcome on leashes.
Schedule of Activities:
9:00-5:00pm - vendors, fresh strawberries (while they last), shops open.
10:30am - Strawberry Parade & Contest
12:00pm - Strawberry Bake-Off Contest
12:00pm - Strawberry Jam/Jelly Contest
We are aiming for even more vendors and strawberries at this year's Strawberry Festival. We may have some last minute spots available so get your applications in. Each booth must have something strawberry-themed to sell or giveaway. This event draws the attention of tens of thousands with more than 1500 attending 2021.
