- Any kind of strawberry dessert is acceptable - from cheesecake to bars to cakes. Strawberry should be the dominant flavor.
- All contestants should bring (3) pre-baked desserts they baked themselves. After judging, contestants will serve bite sized samples to guests attending the event - while supplies last.
- Cash Prizes are $100 1st, $75 2nd and $50 3rd. Awarded at the event.
- Contestants will be given half of a 6’ table to display and serve their dessert. You are welcome to decorate your space and are encouraged to have a sign with the name of your dessert. Tables will be covered in brown paper.
- The farm will supply sampling supplies - sample cups, spoons and napkins. Contestants must supply utensils to cut/serve their desserts.
- Judging will take place prior to the opening of the event. All contestants must arrive with their finished desserts between 10:30-11am. Numbered containers will be provided as this is a blind judging.
