Strawberry Bouquet Workshop

About this class:
Learn how to make chocolate from scratch and learn how to temper chocolate and finally how to create beautiful chocolate covered strawberries perfect every time!
Each guest will have their own chocolate tempering station where they will melt and prepare their chocolate on their own.
Choose from a variety of toppings and colors! Toppings such as luster dust, unique sprinkles, edible pearls, and more.
This class is perfect for any skill level and will leave you with lasting memories, teaching you how to create chocolate-covered strawberries to impress your friends in the future!

Participants will make 1 dozen chocolate covered strawberries.

All The Details:

• Age Level: 13+
• Skill Level: Beginner
• Aprons, supplies and tools are provided for use during class
• Price is per person. A ticket must be purchased for each individual attending the class.
• Class will run approximately 2 hours. Please note that the class is hands-on and may run over or under schedule.

Cancellation Policy:

Changes and cancellations...we know life happens so we try our best to be flexible while being fair to our instructors who purchase supplies and bake for each student. Full refunds or credits are available for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the class. If you need to cancel after 5 days but at least 48 hours in advance, we can offer you a credit for a future class. We cannot offer any credits for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class.
