After running three Strategy Days so far, I’m still surprised at my own surprise at how much we all get from a day like this. Though the women involved go away with a plan for the next stretch of business, it’s so much deeper than that!
It’s cheerleading, finding your tribe, being challenged, having constructive discussions and learning new tricks and hacks!
While we’ll be sticking to the 90 Day Plan template, I’m going to open the Strategy Day up to more suggestions and ensure we have plenty of time to focus on the HOW, How you reach the goals we set, how you get focused, how you narrow down all the stuff in your head to the next right step that I talk about so often!
There’ll obviously be networking with brilliant female business owners who are in a similar position to you and we’ll make sure there’s plenty of space for ideas sharing!
