Join us for a discussion around how physicians can get involved in leadership and how they and administrators can adapt to the dyad model. The panel will highlight how the physician panelists became involved in leadership, what makes a good leader, how to engage physicians and providers in change and decision making, including tough financial decisions that most healthcare organizations are facing. Administrators will be asked similar questions and how they see the evolving role of physicians in leadership.
