The Strategic Problem-Solving Lab is a hands-on program designed to help participants build confidence in addressing complex business and operational challenges. Through structured frameworks, analytical tools, and creative approaches, participants will learn to identify root causes, generate innovative solutions, and make impactful decisions with clarity.

This program goes beyond theory by immersing participants in real-world scenarios where they practice problem-framing, collaborative analysis, and solution validation. The course emphasizes both analytical rigor and creative thinking, ensuring that participants leave with the ability to tackle ambiguity and drive measurable results. By the end of the program, learners will not only master strategic problem-solving tools but also create a personal action roadmap for applying these techniques in their professional contexts.

• Introduction to Strategic Problem-Solving – Foundations and importance. Understand the fundamentals of structured problem-solving and why it is essential for leadership and organizational success. Explore how clear frameworks improve decision-making and reduce errors in high-stakes situations.

• Defining the Problem & Framing Questions – Avoiding assumptions. Learn to properly define problems by separating symptoms from root causes. Practice framing powerful questions that guide analysis and prevent bias.

• Root Cause Analysis – Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and Pareto Analysis. Apply proven diagnostic tools such as the Fishbone Diagram, 5 Whys, and Pareto Analysis to identify underlying issues. Develop the discipline to dig deeper and avoid superficial solutions.

• Creative & Critical Thinking Techniques – Brainstorming, SCAMPER, lateral thinking. Balance analytical rigor with creativity by using structured ideation tools. Practice brainstorming, SCAMPER, and lateral thinking to generate diverse and innovative solutions.

• Decision-Making Frameworks – SWOT, Cost-Benefit, Decision Trees. Explore frameworks for weighing options, including SWOT analysis, cost-benefit evaluations, and decision trees. Learn how to apply these tools to make confident and transparent decisions.

• Group Collaboration & Brainstorming Tools – Structured ideation. Leverage group collaboration dynamics to maximize idea generation. Explore structured brainstorming methods that improve inclusivity, creativity, and efficiency.

• Testing & Validating Solutions – Pilots, feedback, iterations. Learn methods to test ideas quickly and effectively through pilots, prototypes, and user feedback. Practice iterative improvement to ensure solutions are both practical and scalable.

• Toolkit – Strategic Problem-Solving Roadmap for daily use. Consolidate learnings into a personal and organizational roadmap. Gain access to templates, checklists, and frameworks that can be applied immediately to real challenges.
