Strata Outpatient Open House

Please join us for the Strata Outpatient Open House on Thursday, October 1, 2026, from 9:30 AM–1:00 PM.

We’re excited to open our doors and introduce Strata to our professional community.

Strata Outpatient provides outpatient mental health care for adults, with services designed to meet people where they are and provide the right level of support as their needs evolve.

During the Open House, you’ll have an opportunity to:

• Meet the Strata team
• Tour our new space
• Learn about our approach to whole-person, collaborative care
• Learn more about our Intensive Outpatient Program, Medic*tion Management, and Individual Therapy services
• Connect with fellow therapists, physicians, psychiatrists, social workers, case managers, and other behavioral health professionals
• Explore opportunities for collaboration and referral partnerships

At Strata, we believe meaningful care is built in layers — beginning with safety and trust, meeting people where they are, and building toward intentional care, growth, and real hope.
