Mayfest is an annual festival for all ages, located in Strasburg, VA in the Shenandoah Valley, showcasing local Arts, Crafts, and food. Come join us in downtown Strasburg for a fun family weekend!Held the 2nd weekend in May in Downtown Strasburg, VA, this event offers fun for the entire family. Events and vendors located from Holliday St and King St to Massanutten St, including the Emporium parking lot as well as the Strasburg Museum.
Heels, Hops & Bowties luncheon kicks off Mayfest on Friday, May 10th, followed by eating contests, games and music on the Square.
Saturday offers crafters throughout Town and at The Strasburg Emporium, a kids zone with inflatables, face painters, axe throwing and carnival games; great food trucks and local eateries; music throughout the day; The famous Mayfest parade starting at 2pm, followed by the Duck Race at 3.
Saturday night join us on the Square for Cazhmiere live from 7-10pm with local food options available.
Old Timers Baseball Game takes place on Sunday at 1:30pm at Sandy Hook ES.
