Step into a safe and nurturing space with Melanie Gooi, founder of Good Girls Can, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.

Through gentle, freeing movement and dance, you’ll be guided to release tension, awaken your senses, and honor what your body truly needs.

This is a chance to let go of life’s pressures, restore your energy, and rediscover the joy of moving from within. All are welcomed, no dance experience required.

About Stranger Encounters 2025: A one-day assembly of interactive creative experiences.
Community development is at the heart of Stranger Encounters.

Set in the historic art hub of Pearl’s Hill Terrace, this one-day gathering blends participatory theatre, immersive art, and shared experiences that spark social connection.

Arrive as strangers, and through a series of creative sessions — spanning movement, storytelling, dance, music, technology, and ritual — and leave having shared moments of curiosity, laughter, and trust.

What begins as an encounter becomes a community.

Each session is designed as a doorway into connection: with yourself, with others, and with the vibrant creative community that calls Pearl’s Hill Terrace home.

Stranger Encounters is hosted by Stranger Conversations, 195 Pearl's Hill Terrace 02-38D, a public living room that makes space for conversations that matter, and nurtures creative ideas. Be part of our community.
