Enjoy a burger and a shake as you shimmy along with the sounds of Stranger Boy. Stranger Boy is an alternative/indie duo from Nashville, TN. Longtime friends and roommates, Robby Walton and Charlie Buice let their admiration for late 90s and early 2000s music influence their already unique sound. Multi-instrumentalist Robby Walton sings while playing guitar and playing bass with his foot via a midi-keyboard over looping, synths drones while the drumming of Charlie Buice keeps a tight groove. The sound that can be produced by just these two members alone is impressive in itself, but the duo is able to artfully take the listener on a journey through nuance, their tight chemistry and powerfully relatable lyricism.
