Strange Exchange Reading Group
About this Event
We're starting a reading group at Strange Exchange! This will be a calm, informal space to read, think and get to know each other and the collection. We'll decide together how the group will take shape.
If you want to think and talk collectively about art practice and education, alternative pedagogies, community learning, and anything else that lives in the books on our shelves, please join us!
For our second session on 5th November, we'll be talking about Daphne Dragona's essay Commoning the Commons: Revisiting the Role of Art in Times of Crisis from the publication 'Aesthetics of the Commons'. A free PDF of the text can be found here.
Everyone is welcome, there are 15 spots available. Tea & snacks will be provided. The space has heating, free wifi, lift access and an accessible toilet. Any questions just send us a message or email [email protected].
