Join us for our photography workshop where we will dive into capturing great images "Straight Out of Camera". Whether you are interested in jumping into the photography field or looking to build on your current knowledge, this course is for you!

SECTION ONE - IN CLASS INSTRUCTION - 11:30AM - 4:00PM

During the first portion of this course, we will discuss the technical side of photography to capture great shots in camera

Class topics will include:

• Camera Gear, Lens & Accessories
• Selecting the right Focus Mode
• White Balance / Color Theory
• Composition
• Capturing Candid Moments and Posing
• Maximizing your Camera’s Settings
• Achieving Accurate Exposure Readings
• Shooting in Manual
• Natural Light and Fill Flash Photography
• …and more

BREAK 4:30PM - 5:00PM

SECTION TWO - ON LOCATION SHOOTING - 4:30PM - 6:30PM

We will take the lessons learned during Section One and shoot on-location with a class model.

Class topics will include topics from Section One plus:

• Posing
• Framing / Angles
• Lens Selection
• Light Recognition / Modification

Each student will need to bring the following items:

DSLR or Mirrorless camera body and lens

SD card

Willingness to Learn

General Registration Fee - $225 ($200 Early Registration)
