THE PLAN
We kick things off with a fun, social 5K run, followed by a classic spin class at Wheelhouse, and finish with a post-workout party to celebrate your hard work.

❤️ SUPPORTING BACK ON MY FEET (BomF)
All proceeds support Back on My Feet, a nonprofit organization that uses running, community, and support services to empower individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction. Through movement and connection, bomF helps participants build confidence, improve their health, secure employment, and achieve long-term independence.

Info: We will kick the event off with a Rise & Run group 5 KM course! The course outline will be uploaded to Strava the day before the event. The run will leave from Wheelhouse (Warehouse) and end at the same location.

Info: After arrivinng back at the Warehouse we have some allocated time for any participants who wish to change, use the washroom or just shake off the run! This gives us time to make sure that everyone is situated comfortably on their bikes before we kick off part 2!

Info: Participate in a signature Wheelhouse 45-minute spin class. Expect high energy and great tracks.

Info: After our morning of movement, we will finish with a party! Enjoy a complimentary beer or seltzer from Beyond the Pale while you go through your SWAG BAG full of goodies. We will announce the winners of the Wellness Raffle - so you could be going home with some awesome prizes!
