How does one learn and develop in an organisation? How do you foster a growth mindset in a team? How does learning and development affect a business?

This is Storywise. Five speakers, from big tech companies like Adyen, Mollie to business owners, will each tell a seven minute story about the one thing they learned from their experience. Something you can apply immediately. It's in telling those hard earned lessons that we build a community where people help each other.
