Award-winning author Millie von Platen will share her charming new picture book, Zohran Walks New York, a joyful celebration of city life, curiosity, and the magic found in everyday adventures.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

Millie von Platen is a Swedish-Korean children's book author, illustrator, and editor. Her work has been featured in The New Yorker, The New York Times, Bloomberg, New York Magazine, and New York City subway cars. In 2023, she was named a National Magazine Award Finalist for a story she wrote and illustrated for The New Yorker. Raised in London and Stockholm, she is currently based in Brooklyn, NY.
