Music Audio Stories Presents Storytime with Anna Christina in the Chapel

Join multi-award-winning storyteller Anna Christina for fun interactive musical workshops of listening learning drawing singing and dancing for children.

Children will:

• Hear a read-aloud of the picture book Billy Joins the Circus
• Enjoy seeing the colourful pages and meeting the characters
• Learn about the circus and the inspiration for writing the book
• Love singing and dancing along to the interactive music audiobook
• Listen to a magical Summer Music Audio Story
• See illustrations of the characters and learn the names of flowers
• Create their own drawings to take home with them

Time: 1:00 pm to 1:45 pm

Time: 3:00 pm to 3:45 pm

Children can take part in the musical storytelling workshop and then browse the Music Audio Stories stall for fun CDs picture books and unique musical gifts.

Brompton Cemetery is a stunning Victorian burial ground and a Royal Park. It's one of Britain’s oldest and most distinguished garden cemeteries. The cemetery is Grade I Listed on the Historic England Register of Historic Parks and Gardens and the cemetery buildings are Grade II Listed. The Friends of Brompton Cemetery hosts events scheduled throughout the year including the Brompton Annual Open Day. It offers activities entertainment and stalls for both children and adults including:

• Birds of Prey
• Face painting
• Local Artists and Craftspeople
• Society of Genealogists
• Dog grooming
• Bike marking
• Stalls selling bee-related products; candles; cards; scarves and shawls; and many more
• Flower Jewellery
• Various tours of the cemetery throughout the day including tours of the Catacombs
• Refreshments from the cafe an ice cream van and a crepe van

Join us for an enjoyable day in this renowned 183-year-old Grade One listed cemetery. Enjoy a rare opportunity to visit the cemetery’s historic catacombs with guided tours. There will be exhibitions stalls family fun music and something for everyone to enjoy. Pop inside the Chapel to say hello get your pencil portrait take part in Storytime and get your books signed.
