Join Lofty Pigeon and Brown Babies N' Books for a special Saturday storytime launch of Baby, Express Yoself, Elizabeth McConaughy-Oliver's board book of unfiltered wisdom from the wittiest and cheekiest baby around!
Brooklyn-based author and illustrator Elizabeth McConaughy-Oliver will read and draw from Baby, Express Yoself, followed by a signing. Light refreshments will be served.

About the book

About the author
Elizabeth McConaughy-Oliver is an illustrator, muralist, and book designer. Elizabeth received her BFA from California College of the Arts, and currently works for Grand Central Publishing as a designer. In the past she has worked with the nonprofit 826 Valencia as a Design Coordinator, a muralist for the Meta Open Arts Program, and has exhibited with The Society of Illustrators, The Birdcage San Francisco, TigerBunny Studio, and many more. Using color, shape, and playful characters, Elizabeth’s work focuses on personal experiences to communicate a more open understanding of what it means to be a POC in today's society. Raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, and she now lives in Brooklyn, New York.
