Join us as we journey through scenes of love, tragedy, heroism, and comedy as Katherine and Rose present arias and songs from beloved operas and Golden Age musical theater. Spanning over 250 years of musical composition, four languages, and 16 different characters, we will experience the vast range of roles and scenes that make up a mezzo-soprano’s repertoire. You will recognize familiar melodies and tunes from operas such as Carmen, The Marriage of Figaro, and Romeo and Juliette, as well as musicals including The Music Man, The King and I, and Phantom of the Opera. Prepare to laugh, cry, and be transported to different worlds as we travel through the heights of musical storytelling.
