But where do we practice those conversations?

This fall, TaleCraft is launching Storytelling – Season One, and we’re opening the season in Calgary on Sept 9–10!

Hockey has never just been about the game.

It was getting to the arena before sunrise. Packing the car. Meeting your teammates. Pulling on the jersey. Learning from coaches who believed in you before you believed in yourself.

Every season started the same way: Training Camp.

So where is our Training Camp?

Not another conference.

Not another lecture.

A place where security professionals can learn, practice, challenge one another, and find their voice.

This fall, we’re hitting the road:

? Calgary — Sept 9–10
? Edmonton — Oct 28–29
? Winnipeg — Nov 4–5

And we’re starting a tradition.

Each city gets its own TaleCraft jersey.

At the end of every Training Camp, every participant signs it before it joins the TaleCraft collection — a reminder of the people who came together to strengthen not just their own skills, but our profession.

Because every profession deserves a Training Camp.

Day 1: Learn the Tools That Make YOU Unforgettable

Tim takes you deep into the mechanics of powerful communication:

- Understanding the Story Arc​

- Using the Power of Three to make your message land

- Crafting Stories for Executives​ that actually influence decisions

- Managing Nerves, Your Posture​, and Presence

- Practical Tips and Tricks​ you can use immediately

You won't just listen - you'll work, you'll practice, you'll get feedback. You'll leave Day 1 already communicating differently.

Day 2: You Present. You apply. YOU level up.

- We recap, refine, and then you step into the arena.

- Every participant delivers a short presentation using the tools from Day 1. This is where growth happens - Real practice, coaching, and improvement. This is not a "come and forget it" workshop and yes, it might be uncomfortable. We're skill-building, confidence-building and career-building.

Day 2 wraps with:

- Group photos

- Signing your cities TaleCraft hockey jersey

- Exchanging contact info so you can keep building your skills with the people who learned beside you

You walk away with:

- A certificate of completion you can add to your LinkedIn and resume
