Every great performance tells a story — whether it’s loud, subtle, chaotic, tender, or downright dangerous.
Join us for a playful, empowering workshop with Danielle Clements, aka Dangerous Danielle — Hull-based performer, teacher and creative director whose work fuses circus, cabaret and theatre. From fire breathing and stilt walking to aerial arts, magic, stand-up (with maybe too much swearing), and international performances, Danielle brings a lifetime of bold, theatrical experience to the studio.
In this workshop you will:
✨ Learn how to craft a compelling narrative that enhances your performance
✨ Explore how to embody story through movement, expression and presence
✨ Build confidence communicating personal or imagined stories on stage
✨ Experiment with character, emotion and theatricality
✨ Gain tools to turn raw ideas into polished performance material
This session is rooted in inclusion, play and creative risk-taking — perfect for dancers, circus artists, performers, burlesque babes, theatre lovers, or anyone curious about telling stories with their body and presence.
