Storytelling and Sound Meditation

In honor of Women's History month, step into a transformative experience where sound and story meet. In this workshop, you’ll journey through guided sound healing sessions using instruments like singing bowls and ocean drum, while exploring the power of storytelling to release, reflect, and reconnect with your inner self. Leave feeling renewed, inspired, and aligned with your personal intentions.

Storytelling:

*Breakout groups of 4 or more

*Guided template provide to create your 3min. story

*Sharing in safe community with like minded women

Bring with you a journal, water and yoga mat. (Journals will also be available for purchase)

Doors open 15 minutes before start time and close 5 mins. after to honor the sacred space for all attendees. No late admittance will be allowed. No Refunds!
