Join us for our monthly story time playgroup to connect to other families with littles and preschoolers as we get the whole family moving! It is free and open to all. Each month, we will be leading families through a few stories with movement, as well as enjoying a read-aloud. We will read from the Columbia County Amphitheater stage, allowing for lots of grassy space to spread out, social distance, and get moving safely.This event is hosted by Fit4Mom Augusta as a way to give back to the families of preschoolers and toddlers as we wait to safely return to our library story times.
Fit4Mom Augusta is a local community of moms who is dedicated to finding our "strength in motherhood" together. We meet at Memorial Gardens Park, behind the Columbia County Library, in Evans MWF from 9:30-10:30 am. Mom (and Dads, Grandparents, Aunties) gets in a total-body workout, focusing on cardio, strength-training, and core restoration with little ones entertained in their strollers.
