Story Time at MooseWoodSunday, April 28th, 11:00 am.
The book, “The Bumblebee Queen” by April Pulley Sayre will be read. The storybook follows the life of a bumblebee queen as she finds a nest, gathers nectar, lays eggs, and tends her colony through spring, summer, and fall. An activity or craft will follow the storybook reading. Guests may also enjoy a visit in the nature center once the program is complete.
Suggested age range: 5-8 years old, but all are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult. To support the nature center, suggested donations are $5/child or $10/family. Registration email: [email protected]. Registration is not required, but appreciated.
