On April 27th, as part of our Independent Bookstore Day celebration, join us for an author visit from Julia Baldwin, author of Daphne Doo, the Peculiar Pug! Julia is visiting us from Denver, and will be bringing the star of the book, Daphne, to come spend time with us! The Alamosa Public Library staff wanted to meet Daphne, too, so we're starting with a story time at 10:00am at the library, and then coming back to the NGBC at 11:00am for a signing!
This event is free, and we'll have some goodies for the kids (while supplies last), too!
