Ages 9 - 13 at the Depot Art CenterClass Description: This camp offers an inspirational space to explore different forms of poetry and prose. Campers will learn various writing structures and encouraged to create their own! Young writers will have fun as they play with words and begin to see writing as an art form. Yes; words have texture, tone and color! At the end of the camp, each writer will have a collection of short works and a longer term project 'in the works' to continue beyond our time together.
Teacher: Patrina Corsetti loves all things words and writing. Locally, Patrina is known as the Write Coach, helping people of all ages reach their writing dreams through offering editing, new writer, 'mini-MFA', critique, workshop and tutoring services.
