This room temperature class (about 72°F) welcomes children of all ages and their caregivers for a playful, story-centered yoga experience. Each session weaves together a themed storytime, simple poses, music, breathwork, and creative games that support emotional regulation, coordination, and body awareness. Kids explore at their own pace, and caregivers can join in as much or as little as they’d like. It’s a cozy, low-pressure space where imagination and giggles are part of the practice.
Class is limited to 10 children. Each adult may bring up to 2 children.
