A friendly open-mic storytelling showcase. Storytellers tell their true, personal, 5- to 8-minute story on stage. The theme for this slam: "Journeys." Take to the stage solo or tell with a partner. Stories must be told from memory. Recommended for ages 13 and up. Potential storytellers should arrive 15 minutes early to speak with the event host about their planned story. This event will be recorded and available on the library's YouTube channel.
