Story For Strength

Storytelling is a critical growth tool with transformative power.  But sharing our stories is not the cultural norm, particularly our stories of struggles. In this powerful session Laura will share her personal story and demonstrate the power and potential of story to strengthen us as individuals and collectively as teams. Laura will dig into the science of story and its role in connecting us to one another to foster stronger empathy, collaboration and overall cultural and performance improvements.
