Join chair Professor Nicola Ring for a series of personal stories exploring migration through history. Hear filmmaker Sana Bilgami piecing together fragments of memory and archive tracing a family story from India and Scotland, explore the history of St Kilda and the nurses who moved there to work including their role in the evacuation with Sue Campbell, and hear from Dr Angela Shapiro from Gathering the Voices on refugee nurses who escaped the Holocaust and settled in Scotland.
